Business Process Improvement

• Assist clients to identify process improvements and recommend system changes to support their business needs.

• Research and recommend Salesforce-based solutions, including third-party applications to enhance business solutions.

• Provide end-user training and create supporting material and documentation.

Salesforce Platform Knowledge

As a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience, use your superior ability to analyze and document clients' needs and work with the team to define the best approach.
